Day 7 Core Synergistics OR How I Stunk Up The Place

Today, I stunk. Energy level bonked. Muscles cramped up. I pushed through it but today was

not my best day.

I sucked today. I think I "bonked" as Tony Horton calls it...energy bottomed out, cramped up halfway through. I pushed ahead best I could and was able to finish.

Day 5 Legs and Back

 

Today was resistance work on legs and back. Heavy on the pullups; I don't have a pull up bar, so I use the resistance bands attached to the door for pulldowns as a modification.

Day 3 Shoulders and Arms plus Ab Ripper X

Today's my first full resistance workout plus my first session of Ab Ripper X which is no joke: 15 minutes of hell, but it will pay off!
