My Quads Are Talking to ME! Day 9Today was Legs, Back, and Ab Ripper X. I don't remember the leg workout being so hard last week HOWEVER... Day 5 Legs and Back
Today was resistance work on legs and back. Heavy on the pullups; I don't have a pull up bar, so I use the resistance bands attached to the door for pulldowns as a modification.
